1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 444bb platform — including its website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting services, promotions, and payment facilities — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 444bb (the "Platform" or "we"). If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the 444bb platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You are acting in your own capacity and not in connection with any form of professional gambling operation, syndicate, or arbitrage scheme.

444bb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. If a player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory documentation, their account may be restricted or permanently closed and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending review.

If we discover or reasonably suspect that an account has been registered or used by a person under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, investigate the matter, and report it to the relevant authorities where required. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 444bb platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all but the original registered account will be closed, any bonuses obtained through the duplicate account will be voided, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444bb account login credentials, including your username and password. 4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via MFS channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). All deposits are credited to your 444bb account in Bangladeshi Taka with no currency conversion. Deposits are generally processed instantly for MFS methods. 444bb does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 444bb accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Most MFS withdrawals are completed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC) checks before processing. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 444bb are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. These rules govern how bets are settled in the event of postponements, abandonments, player withdrawals, result amendments, and other circumstances. The minimum sports bet stake is ৳50. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed.

444bb reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sporting corruption. Bets that are placed after the official start time of an event (except live in-play markets) will be void.

6.2 Casino Games

• Registering or operating more than one account (duplicate accounts).

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

Before your account is closed, any remaining balance (after satisfying applicable wagering requirements) will be made available for withdrawal via your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by 444bb

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 444bb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11 Amendments to These Terms
